Cheyne was very respectful and his customer service skills were great. He went above and beyond for me on waiving the diagnostic fee. I appreciate that very much and everything was explained to me clearly of what was wrong. And he explained to me on the invoice of what needs immediate attention and what could wait. Cheyne was great but was out sick for a few days, I felt communication was very poor about the status of my car. I called 5 times over a 2-day period and NO representative called me back to provide an update on the delayed status of my car repair. Very surprising, and frustrating, as I usually get excellent service.
