A super nice guy. He took care of all my needs. He offered suggestions for additional service based on my mileage and told me which ones could wait till next time and which ones should be done now.

I am extremely disappointed after todays visit. I have been a Hyundai customer for ~15years and although I’ve been happy with both of my cars, sadly I cannot say the same thing about the service I often receive whenever I drop off my car for its maintenance service. It seems as if it’s not one thing it’s another. I often have to ask either my dad (Antonio Mojica, also a Hyundai customer) or my brother (Manuel Mojica) to drop off my car since they seem to get better service than the one I receive. I don’t usually fill out surveys because I don’t always have something positive to say and I don’t want to be that “annoying” customer, but today, things were so bad that I am now filling out this survey, with the hopes that my next visits are more pleasant. I dropped off my car ~7:20am and received a call that it was ready ~10am. I paid online but I wasn’t able to pick up my car until 1:20pm. I was told that my car was on its way. 5 minutes passed, then 10min and in the end I was there until I got my car at 2:10pm, about 50min after my arrival. The reason was that they couldn’t find my car. I was told my car was in a different parking lot, although my car app showed that my car was in the same lot. Not sure where my car really was or what the miscommunication between the workers was but the point is that I waited about 50min to get my car, after being told that it was ready, it was on its way and I had already paid. I was in the middle of a project for work, which I had to make up at a later time due to the time spent waiting for my car. Moving forward, I will not be asking any males to drop off my car, I hope that moving forward I can receive the same service as both my dad and brother receive, and moving forward I will submit the survey after my visits, with the hopes that I have great things to say about my visit. I went second time .First your car everything ok ready to go home ,2nd condenser problem its going to be 2k how can I trust Hyndai superstore.

I loved your service and facility. Your waiting room was very nice and I enjoyed watching the clouds out the big window! Also the shuttle service to the food court was very nice and the driver was great! Thanks, Virginia R

I realize as a customer I failed to hold up my end of the bargain when it came to bringing my vehicle back at 1000 miles for the oil consumption test, however Paul did not fail to tell me how I basically “screwed up” the test and now Hyundai doesnt know what they will do for my vehicle. Nonetheless Hyundai did ask that I come back, which im appreciative for. Paul could have shown a bit more understanding, him punching his fist against his palm wasn’t necessary either.

Mr. Almazan has always shown exceptional courtesy and has consistently provided top level execution on all my service needs. He has represents the Hyundai brand with class, as I had wished it would’ve been represented years before his tenure. He’s a valuable asset to Norm Reeves and I would nominate him to become the General Manager of his department or of another department within the corporation.
