Parking and checking in a tad chaotic, getting my car from another lot was odd - but Greg was great, most everyone was friendly and seemed to care about customer service. I was pleased; after many years of stellar service at Longo Toyota/Lexus, I was glad that I chose Norm Reeves to service my new Kona, rather than Downey or ElMonte. No way was I driving to Ontario from Whittier and wasting gas, although I bought my car from them as they were the nicest dealer BY FAR, and best price…
