They did not put a tag on my car keys. When I went to pick up the vehicle they could not find my car. I paid on-line before I arrived & expected it to be quick since I already paid. It took 45 minutes for them to locate my car. Totally unacceptable.

My vehicle was kept all day with no services rendered because it had a spare tire and the dealership had no replacement tires available. If I was told this early in the day I could have sourced a tire elsewhere and had my vehicle diagnosed and serviced. My vehicle was returned at 6pm with the message of no services until the tire replaced. Waste of time.
