Mariela did an excellent job of communicating any issues my vehicle had and following up with me.
I was offered a Lyft for one way only not back and forth like other service sites.
My car was left at the store without anyone telling me that the service will close at 6pm. When I arrived, they couldn't find my keys and refused to help . However, thanks to the sales manager who was working at that time , he found my car keys which wasn't left for me with the customer service secretary. I didn't sign any forms when I received my car and I was told that I will receive a call today from the service time but I didn't.
