Overall I’m happy with the service provided and the extra effort to submit a claim for repairs to be covered. It would have been nice to receive status the first day of dropoff even if it was to state they weren’t able to get to my vehicle that day.

My car has been there five times for the same thing, plus new problems. When I brought it in for the battery issue I was told "they hit the reset button," and the car would be fine. The battery died less than 48 hours later. Either my car is a lemon or the service folks are incompetent... which one is it?
