Both Christian and Justin kept me informed and were so hospitable in allowing me to have a loaner for the two months my car was at the dealer waiting for a part. They always took care of me and had my best interests at heart. I am very thankful for them!

As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle, Paul did not want to help me. I am a single woman and this alone excluded me from receiving service from Paul. I told him I came for regular scheduled maintenance and that I had a road trip coming up. Paul said I had “wasted my time driving down there because an oil change had already been don’t”. Well then why is my maintenance light on, why did you call me yesterday to confirm my appointment without informing me this. Lastly, why is my car saying “14 days until service needed”. Paul could not fathom why ANYONE would want their car checked before embarking on a 5000 mile road trip. His tiny brain could not process this as he had “never heard of this in his life”!!! I forced Paul to look at the car, had to offer him money for him to do his **** job. I absolutely hate your dealership, i hate interacting with your staff and I will be removing the tire and dent coverage sold to me by Brandon No because per Paul Pham, your own service team is REFUSING TO HONOR THE PLAN I PURCHASED AND FIX THE **** DENT IN MY DOOR OR TAKE A LOOK AT MY TIRES! I will never be back. Paul saw a woman alone and decided he didn’t want to help me because a man was not with me. **** you Paul, I hope your mother, sister, god forbid you have a wife, all get treated the same **** way.
Paul, kept me informed about my car and when service would be completed. He was very helpful and courteous.
I ask the price of window and the gave an est for seat belts but not for repair on window that i cannot let down do you get print out when they scan your car for problems. I am trying to get cost of all repairs to see if the car is worth having fix
The car is still not running like it should. It's rough at a low idle. I advised service but I need a loaner car also.
Paul promptly looked at my car and did the paperwork. Great service from Paul Phan. Hemanshu Bagga gave me a quote for new tires for my other car. He also kindly sent up an appointment for me the following week to get the tires replace. My compliments to all for the great service!

Like the new service department. I just did not like that service advisor did not update me on my vehicle. Some obe else had to assit me with paper work and they keys. My service advisor only checked me in and told me 2 hours 1/2 for an oil change. That is a bit much.
Paul Phan has been very kind and patient very professional excellent customer service very accommodating. Followed through while explaining each step moving forward . I am completely comfortable leaving my car with Paul I trust him completely.
I don’t doubt that all your employees are great. But Paul is wonderful. The other day when I came in pick up my car Paul was busy . Another gentleman help me excellent service but At the end, Paul said a few words to me. Can’t even remember . But that’s all I needed To hear from Paul (Still, can’t remember what he said) Reassured me that my car was in good hands.
