Well, I was told my car would be finished by the end of the day and by the next day I called at noon and it was still not finished so I had to pick it up so now I have to make another appointment to come back next week to drop it off again

I am so grateful that the service center fixed the issues that should have been addressed the first time. However, having to bring my vehicle back was an inconvenience. So I am disappointed that the car received a sloppy service in the first place. The team were very polite and professional. Thanks Gary

Actually we decided not to replace the motor so we had our car towed to the junk yard but Paul was great also the Service Manager was amazing.

I love my Hyundai Tucson and the Cerritos dealership. Enrique was very helpful, courteous and professional, as everyone who has helped me from the purchase a couple years ago (Vito Beato) through the service maintenance appointment this weekend.
