Cheyne was super helpful with the information he provides and the clarity and transparency with the services that I usually don’t understand. He simplifies it for me and made sure I knew what was being done and what the benefits are that come with them. He was very responsive to text msgs or calls too. Overall a great experience!

Last time we took our car in for an oil change, they did not reset it. When we took our car in yesterday, I made sure to mention it to Enrique. He ensured me that it would be reset. It wasn't. And there was no sticker on my windshield reminding me of the next oil change.
Furthermore, there's a recall on my car because we only received one fob. We purchased the vehicle in August and we are still waiting for the second fob. This is totally unacceptable.

When I make an appointment I assume my car will be serviced in 1-2 hours. Instead I had to wait 4 hrs for a simple oil change. This was unacceptable in my opinion. I returned here as last time my service was prompt. Not sure if I will return again for my next oil change.

Service took longer than expected moreover there no power point in the waiting room to continue work my business.. I can imagine some circumstances service might take longer and thats ok but atleast a minimal facility should be available as the waiting room.
