The crossbars were installed in the wrong location and backwards. This is creating a loud whistling sound, and I am strongly dissatisfied with how these were installed improperly. I even left the instructions for the mechanic.
Gary and team got me in/out quickly. As both myself and my baby grandson had to wait on-site. Thank you.

Justin was absolutely great. However your receptionists were not. I filed a complaint with sales manager Sayeed this evening. You receptionists openly and loudly calling customers **** and **** as they talked to each other while sitting at the reception desk.

Cheyne has been very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process with our car troubles. He is quick to respond when we have questions and explains what is wrong with our car in a clear manner. We want to thank him for being supportive.

Cheyne Riggs did a very good job in checking the status of the modules in my car. He kept me abreast of the work that was being performed. I certainly appreciate his help. Unfortunately, the car failed the smog test for the fourth time. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of options.
