The crossbars were installed in the wrong location and backwards. This is creating a loud whistling sound, and I am strongly dissatisfied with how these were installed improperly. I even left the instructions for the mechanic.

Justin was absolutely great. However your receptionists were not. I filed a complaint with sales manager Sayeed this evening. You receptionists openly and loudly calling customers **** and **** as they talked to each other while sitting at the reception desk.

Will never purchase another Hyundai vehicle & will never take my current Hyundai back to Norm Reeves Hyundai for service. I will be sending a separate email with my grievances and disappointment to the manager @ Norm Reeves Hyundai & to Hyundai Corporate.

Cheyne Riggs did a very good job in checking the status of the modules in my car. He kept me abreast of the work that was being performed. I certainly appreciate his help. Unfortunately, the car failed the smog test for the fourth time. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of options.
