I am completely satisfied with the service and with Paul. The only disappointment I had was that I made an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance and still had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. I think if you have an appointment for a simple service it shouldn’t take that long. But other than that I was very satisfied.

Cheyne is always so great!! Very helpful and accommodating!! He is always so willing to answer any questions and just does his job at 110%! As long as he works at norm reeves hyundai in cerritos i will bring my sonata here!!

Extremely difficult to reach by phone call. On the other hand, you call or text at least three times to confirm appointment. It does not make sense. And please do not call me regarding this issue.

2 and a half hours for oil change is excessive however Kyle is one the nice and professional individuals I’ve met at your service department I’m sure there are others but I always ask for him. As a 77 year old widow I feel Kyle is honest and has my best interest in mine when it comes to my car Mainteance Thank you

The issue I have is having to wait 3 weeks for service appointment. Paul my service advisor was fantastic! Repair was what I expected, and jut a little higher than having it done elsewhere. Happy overall except for the wait.
