Louue was great. He took the time to help me understand your policy around the diagnisotic fees, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and was available to take my calls. He was understanding when I wanted to shop around for estimates from other repair shops and helped me find discounts to make the repairs easier on my wallet. He also gave me a heads up on the process for submitting proof of service to the DMV for recalls the DMV might require. One thing that I did not get was a call back when I asked if Hyundai could provide a ride from my home to pick up my car once it was finished since I did not borrow a courtesy vehicle or get a ride home from the service center when dropping th car off. no courtesy vehicle was offered once the diagnositc was run either. But all in all still stellar service.
Last 2 times my vehicle was brought in for service I had to come back due to items being forgot to be put on my vehicle, service advisors tend to be really rude.

Better communication, had to call multiple times to get update. Had to wait 20 min to pick up car because parked off lot when we were told it was ready for pickup.
Paul has great customer service and keeps you up to date on your vehicle. Job well done. Technicians need to have better knowledge of vehicle they have to check. My car Tucson does have the features to alert you when a car or person is in view when going reverse
