Paul has shown consistency as a first line personnel at Cerritos Hyundai. I have encountered his help once prior while at the dealership. Not only is he professional but has a polite way of engaging common interest (facts) with his customer. His approach is above board and pleasant; like most of your employee l’ve met. I was very grateful that my car was repair in a timely manner. I was always kept updated on my vehicle from the time it enter the repair process. I was very satisfied with the operation service manager Hemen and Paul Phan who has been my service advisor through this very difficult process. I was treated very well and made sure I had a car while my new car engine was being installed. I have been going through alot of headaches with my car, due to the oil consumption. I would say it took 3 years to figure out I needed a new engine. I can't comment on the car so far, I recently picked it up today. So we will see how things go. Thank you Roberta Hernandez
