The service was great But it cost the company big dollars to spend on my and My car wasn’t washed by Norm Reeves dealer when I I got home Don’t you have a complementary car wash service? It was filthy as heck when I got home

Paul was great, but your appointment booking ****. I spent a couple hours at your service department, 6 to 8 guys sitting at computers doing nothing. If I try to call (I'm old fashion and like a voice at the other end) no one can or will pick up a phone to ask a simple question. I spent a month after buying my new car to get a user manual only to be blown off and sent a PDF. I printed it, 2 reems of paper. Wow, still upset about that.
