Gary was great, patient, kind and responsive. However, the error I received on bluelink when my car stopped charging was not resolved by the service techs. Hopefully the error doesn’t occur again.

Cheyne was very helpful. I do want to double check that the technician mechanic that serviced my car did indeed remove the nail that I had in my tire. I was not given the thumbs up in that nor was it in the service papers.
