Hyundai does not make any service easy. This time, I had dropped off my car to check a bubble in my tire. Paul told me it would be $169 for the alignment plus whatever the tire costs. I got a text later on telling me they’d change the tire for $186 including install. I then got an invoice for the total and paid it. When I went to pick up my car they told me I had an outstanding balance which made no sense since I already paid over $300 as he said. They told me I had no paid for the alignment despite that being included in the $300+ already paid. They let me leave and said they’d work it out with Paul. Additionally, while waiting for my car, they lost my keys and I had to wait 45 mins for someone to find it. They were not communicating with me about what the delay was and I became very angry. My car was sitting there ready but they had misplaced my keys. Once they found them, I got a very lackluster apology. I detest this dealership service center and it’s made me consider selling my car and going back to Toyota.
