I thought my advisor was going to be justin but I was greeted by Paul. He never fails to make me feel like im on my own. This is my second encounter with him and he is just not helpful. He says he will try and help, but I ended up opening a case with Hyundai myself. He could use help in knowing how to express a little empathy. Its already a difficult time now knowing the problem with your vehicle and he just makes the experience worse. This is my second negative review for you, Paul Phan.

For tire rotation, it waited for 2 1/2 hours. That’s not acceptable when I keep getting reminders about my appointment and confirming multiple times that I will be bringing my car. I assumed that you were waiting for me. Again, 2.5 hours is unacceptable. Thanks.

Enrique was fabulous. However, when we arrived the woman who 'greeted' us did not explain anything to us. Should we wait here, in the car, go inside???? All she said is someone will be with you. When I tried to ask her, well I guess she 'didn't' hear me because she kept walking to the food truck. That was a bit frustrating as it was a while before anyone came out. I went inside and it was explained to me how it worked.

Upon questioning why a starter on a Hyundai 5 years old with 60k miles would need a 900$ fix - I was met with what was equivalent to a “damn that’s crazy” after spending nearly a grand my car was dirty as **** lol.
