We needed a tire replaced under warranty. I called to get an appointment they didn’t have a service appointment for two weeks. Which is terrible frankly. Being the largest dealer in the area and not having earlier available service appointments is deplorable. Then I decided to take it in on Saturday Enrique was able to get the tire sent in from the warehouse. Tire was supposed to get there the following Monday and I should have received an update on the status of the car. I didn’t receive an update on the car if the tire had got there, if the car had been taken care of, or in the queue for fixing. Nothing. I didn’t get one update. Then I called in to the service department after 1 pm to see what the status was. Operator said that someone in the service department would be calling me back. Around 4 pm I called back again because I hadn’t received a status update or the call back. It was fine if it wasn’t done but I needed to know if I was going to rent a car for the time being. Again same lies. Someone will call back and let you know. No one called by 5 pm I called again because I needed a car or a timeline to plan accordingly. No one called me back or took my call. On the third call I asked to speak to the manager and the operator denied my request took my information and said they would call me back. Then I called again at 7 pm to speak to the dealer manager I just wanted my keys back because I couldn’t trust the service department. They said the keys were not available and the car was at another location. The fact is customer service in the service department is absolutely terrible and lacking. For no one to take my call even if it was to tell me my car was 11th in line I would have been fine but the blatant disrespect of lieing and saying they would call me back was just beyond bad customer service. This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Because it shows that neither the reps or service management care to communicate timeline. This is why submitted a complaint to Hyandai Corporate team to have them review your service managers guidelines for service reps. Terrible customer service I will never be going with this dealership again.

I liked the coffee machine in the lobby. Good coffee. A popcorn machine would be legit! Also the dealership I used to take my vehicles too would spray off/wash the vehicles before being returned.
