The problem with the 12volts outlet not working WAS NOT FIXED. It was not looked into and when I asked they said Marlen had not written it down BUT she did cause I saw it in the copy she gave me.

I dropped off car for diagnoses and got call back same day. I decided to proceed and was promised that car will be ready for pick up Saturday by 3 pm. Received phone call at Saturday at 3:30 pm saying they did not get to finish my car. After i was upset got phone call from u guys saying they can give me car loaner cuz i was cover by warranty. Got there at 4 pm and found out no one even started work on my car. Car was parked across the street from dealer on parking lot. Finally got car on Monday 5 pm. Very unprofessional.

Certainly appreciate Candice. She’s always joyful and helpful. I do prefer to receive any recommended service in writing, oppose to a link. Also, would be great if you offered some discounts for seniors on a fixed income. Other Hyundai dealers offer great discounts but I refuse to take my car there. Prefer Cerritos. Thank you.

I drove 30 minutes to the dealership to have a recall taken care of, but the parts were not available and have to be ordered. So now I have to wait a few weeks and drive back. The service dept. knew what campaign I was coming in for, so should have had me wait until the parts were available.

Awesome customer service. All questions answered and work completed in record time. The communication was stellar. I am glad to have dealt with such professional people that are kind, patient and efficient. It is a breath of fresh air for the service centers. Thank you so much Candace! You knocked it out of the park with the service you and your staff delivered. I would recommend anyone to your facility without hesitation. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent service experience on 02/07/2026. I scheduled an appointment to address two safety recalls, specifically requesting a loaner vehicle since the car was to be held all day. I was denied a loaner, despite this being a manufacturer warranty issue. Upon arrival, I was informed that a necessary part for one of the recalls was not in stock and would need to be ordered. This is unacceptable for a pre-scheduled recall appointment. I dedicated an entire Saturday to resolving these issues—an inconvenience caused by a manufacturer defect, not my own doing. To be told I must return and "waste" another day due to the dealership's lack of preparation is a failure in service. At this time, I have no intention of returning to this location. Hyundai was afforded the opportunity to rectify these safety issues and failed to do so properly. I expect better coordination and respect for my time. This was also the second failure by the service department to provide satisfactory service. The initial delivery of the vehicle when I purchased it was poor (delivered dirty) and I had to take it back to have this rectified. Again, an entire day wasted.

The service and customer service is always excellent and there are times when your people go a little bit extra and I’ve always appreciated it this time. I had an issue with one of the panels on the back passenger side and we’ve had it repaired, but my husband put some duct tape and when they fixed it, it was still that little residue from the duct tape. I would’ve really appreciated it if someone would’ve put some water on it just to clean it so that it would look nice after the repair that was just one little extra step that probably would’ve took about five minutes to do with the money we pay those little extra steps mean a lot

My service advisor, Mr. Ramirez, is excellent, but whoever works on my vehicle forgets or breaks a part. My filter cabin door tab was broken so the part was left on the passenger side floorboard and when it was replaced the glove box wasn't installed it was also left on the floor. I worry to come back there and finding something more serious done or not done to my vehicle. It's an inconvenience have to come back to correct a problem and at the very end, I had to install my glovebox.
