Had my car serviced ed filled out online tracker on when I would be there to pick up my car. There was no charge(thank you) so I just gave a signature and was hoping my car would be right outside as we had prearranged. They told me to go to the waiting room. I was there just under an hour. I would have been willing to go get the car in the service bay. No sorry no nothing. I was not important to the dealership or my time Steve Klasey. ****-****-xxxx

Granted I do have a lot of things in my car, under my seats. But they were moved and not placed back were they belonged.

Staff was very courteous and professional. The technician clearly outlined all potential issues with my vehicle and was not persistent in trying to get me to confirm services. Vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and vehicle pick up was very smooth and easy. Great customer service and really appreciate the Uber ride home, free of charge while I awaited for my vehicle to be serviced. Keep up the great work ????.
