I was very satisfied with the Cerritos service team. Juan did a great job with his customer service skills. The service team is the strength of my overall Hyundai experience. My concerns with Hyundai are the manufactured product quality and failure of certified pre-owned warranty. The engine is defective and underperforming, and the warranty coverage is blaming non-related and unsubstantiated causes. My experience has lowered my confidence in my car's stability, Hyundai's ability to make a quality engine, and Hyundai's ability to honor our contracted 100k mile power train warranty. You should be thankful for having Juan and the Cerritos service team. He made me feel like he was on my side and took positive steps that helped me remain calm throughout the experience.

I just wish I would of been notified that my car was ready for pickup. I watch it sit in the parking lot for 40 minutes before I inquired about it to find out it was ready.
