This was my 1st complimentary service fir 2023 Ioniq 5 limited. The car did get the required service as far as inspection etc is concerned but the car was not washed when handed back
There were 2 nuts and an Allen wrench left on the floorboard of my car, my dash was dirty and my windshield still had the blue service numbers on it. The service took over 3 hours and I never received an update until I came in to inquire.

The only reason I use the service is because it is included with my vehicle purchase. I went in for an oil change and a recall with an appointment and had to wait 6 hours. I don’t believe that is an acceptable time limit to do an oil change. If it wasn’t included I wouldn’t come back.
Communication was poor throughout. It’s hard to talk to a real person and when you leave a message you rarely get a call back. I ordered a part which was back ordered and was told it had arrived but in reality it was still back ordered. When it finally arrived I never got a call back to schedule a time. I will say that once it was figured out you covered labor and filled up my tank.

Candice expertly answered my questions about the recall service done on my 2008 Santa Fe. From start to finish she was very courteous and professional, and called me promptly to answer the questions I had texted to her. The recall service was performed very well, as I was able to verify by looking at the Hyundai Technical Service Bulletin online. Thank you Candice, Norm Reeves, and Hyundai!
First of all, I was disappointed to learn that the warranties had to be used after only having this vehicle for 17 months. When I brought the vehicle to the Cerritos location, I informed Enrique that I needed those maps updated and he led me to believe that they would be completed. After I returned to retrieve my vehicle I learned that the maps had not been updated and was given the excuse that a passcode was needed. I drove almost and a hour, wasting gas and time to this location, where the car was purchased, thinking I would receive better service. Well, I didn't. I needed those maps downloaded and they were not. Even the YouTube video for Hyundai stated that a Hyundai dealership would download the updates. I feel I was misled by Enrique. I'm nervous about downloading the maps because the video mentioned if done incorrectly that would cause serious problems!
