Mr. Jaber was professional and helpful. He kindly explained why the check engine light was on after the service was completed and brought the car back into the service bay to reset it. I appreciated that.

Alignment was fixed at American Tire Shop. Dealer service couldn't even do it and told me there was nothing wrong. The brakes were also repaired at an auto shop. Dealer service is the worst

I had 4 issues with my car, but checked only one issue. Also concluded with glazed disk due to hard braking. Which is not true. I believe it is defect part and should be covered under warranty.

Moe was great, but the technicians did not adequately road-test the vehicle after repairing it. The car still had issues when I picked it up and it will be a few more days until I get it back.
