Aside from not being fully convinced that there isn't an issue with the amount of soap that ends up inside the hatch at a car wash. The wires they were supposed to have tucked back in didn't stay and now the little alarm box I guess it is is hanging out and getting in the way of being able to drive safely as it's very close to the brake pedal.
Juan was very friendly and professional as he explained what my service entails and also explained the recall notification I received. He was very thorough throughout my visit there.
This is the second time I have dealt with Moe. Each time he has been very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He kept in touch with me about the status of my repairs and told me my car was ready to go earlier than I expected both times. I think Moe went above and beyond for me. I have recommended Hyundai Cerritos to my friends and family.
When I decline the service offer that Enrique offer me, I asked for ride to my home until my car is done. He said, the transportation is busy providing services other customer. I was there at 7:30 am and it didn’t look busy. I work graveyard and very tired, I would not appreciate it that kind of answer from Enrique.
Mo was extremely helpful during this process. He addressed all of my concerns and gave me peace of mind.

Candice was very friendly and helpful, she offered me some additional recommended services which I didn’t have the budget for at the moment. I appreciate that there was no pressure or hard sales! I also mistakenly thought I never received a second key for my car when I purchased it and she told me who to ask about it and they found my key for me in the owner’s manual packet, silly me.
