The problem for my car wasn't fixed
Gary is an excellent service helper.
Courteous, friendly, personable and remembers me from visit to visit.
I feel like a treasured customer not just a car owner.
My car was ready a bit earlier than promised and that was great.
The staff was very professional and courteous

My present car is my second Hyundai in the past 8 years, so I have been there for service many times before, and my experience yesterday with Gary was the first good experience I’ve had. My past experiences have not been good, so I considered going to a different dealership for service. But yesterday was “acceptable”, so I will return for another try when service is due.

Some of the other concerns about the car were not done! So disappointed! The time and resources spent drove is not worth it! I could just have the tire rotations from the dealership close to my place, and maybe they could at least did all my concerns!!!!
Good communication. I waited. Job done quick and efficient. Used my service contract did not cost any monies for the service. Vehicle was ready when they said it would be.
