And very disappointed because wasn't getting update regarding my vehicle on tip of that whenever I called I wanst able to get connected to any one in service to get an update on my vehicle. It took me two days to finally get hold of someone

I had an appointment for an old change and a tire leak. I show up, get told I NEED all this other maintenance on my car and get up sold. Leave my car for FOUR hours and when I come to pick up my vehicle (because I have a flight to catch and didn’t expect my oil change and tire inspection to take 4 hours ) I get told I have a nail in an unrepairable location and they couldn’t get to it because “I didn’t give enough time”. So I had to take my car with a nail in it and a leak even though that’s what I came to have done in the first place. This car will be my last Hyundai purchase every
3 different trips and the problem not yet solved.
1. To inspect the first time
2. Appointment set but someone failed to confirm third party availability
3. Dropped off 7/8 am, no call till I called after 1 pm only to find out not done , explanation was that additional part missing upon disassembly, just a bad experience, if someone would have done their job right the first time would be different, now I have to bring again once extra part arrives. Poor coordination, delivery disappointing.
I just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service provide by Ms. Roxas also the technicians, now my car is running perfect and shining like new.

I wish the maintenance dept would have parked my truck inside the building.. After having my truck sitting outside for a week, it was really super dirty on the outside... It seems the maintenance dept parked my truck under a tree, because of the bird droppings left on it. Or at least wipe off the bird droppings.
Excellent customer service provided by Candice and team, always kept me informed of my vehicle status and even got me a lift back to work, without me requesting it, just a very good experience!!

I was very skeptical about having my car serviced at the Cerritos service center due to past poor experiences. Thankfully, your service writer Mo helped me. He was extremely professional and helpful. He kept me updated of the progress of repairs to my vehicle. He was polite and respectful. He did a nice job recommending other services too. Finally….a decent experience at the service department, thanks to Mo!
