I was not completely satisfied because the service tech made a mistake and left me with a driver door that would not open. I had to miss an important in-person meeting the next day and bring the car back. BUT...my rep, Move, was VERY accommodating and helpful. Top rating for him!

Poor experience. Will not be going back. No exception to my free oil change that should have been covered. I was told that oil changes were free for 3years /36K miles. Took my car in at 34K and exception could be made. Did the recall since I was there. Asked for a car inspection. No information was given to me at check out. So no inspection was done. Last, car wash was off location. I expectation was not set up front that I would have to vacuum it out my self and drive through was only. I have a totally different experience with my Mazda when I get it serviced.
