Louie was wonderful. Very kind and prompt. However the wait time for the service to be completed was beyond ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation appointment. I had an appointment at 12:30pm, showed up on time, and was checked in within 10 minutes of arrival. My car wasn’t completed until NEAR 3:30pm!!!! I was informed it would take about 2 hours. And the only reason it was even done around 3:30 was because I approached Louie and asked what the status of my car was around 2:50pm!!! Please do better. What’s the point of having an appt and showing up on time if you can’t honor running on time and completing the service task in the promised time span?
