I was appalled by the service that I was provided from this Hyundai Dealership. Every time I went in I was lied to and my time was wasted. The least you can do is be honest about how long a service will take and prepare your customer for that so as to not waste their time because not everyone can sit around and wait for hours for their vehicle. It took forever for me to get a response about my vehicle when I asked for a status update as well and there was no clear communication about the situation at hand. I am extremely disappointed at the fact that so many things were overlooked throughout this process. Saying that my car will be clean and charged for me to pick it up when it in fact was neither clean nor charged is abysmal. I was given a phone call a day in advance that my car was ready - how does a discrepancy like that happen when you have the whole rest of the day to check the vehicle and the morning of the next day. I wasted time going there to pick up my vehicle only to have it not even be ready and I had to come back. I will not be coming back to this dealership until the service representatives learn how to properly communicate with their customers.
