Estimated wait time I was given was 2-2.5 hours, instead I had to wait 4 hours. Upon checkout I had to ask for all paperwork to justify the charges. Did not receive the complimentary car wash token, I also had to remind them upon receipt. Trash was left in my car. When I tried to depart dealership was boxed in all sides - had to ask for them to move cars.

I ask for Candice everytime I need service or have a wuestion, she is professional and super mind . I give the entire service department a big 10+ I applaud the service manager for hiring such amazing young people who go above and beyond to help out your custoners ???? On Tuesday I went in to get my car serviced, Candice was on her lunch and Louie jumped in to cover for her and I didnt have to wait at all awesome teamwork, thank you Louie . Also the young men who were cheering out the customers helped me quickly I didnt wait at all again, just amazing teamwork and all the service department should be commended. I appreciate the professionalism and respect that Enrique has tremor with. He is also very friendly and patient, something that as an 83 year old I appreciate. Only complaint i wish when mechanics and valet move the car they would not adjust seats

There seems to be a misunderstanding regarding our previous communications. First, my wife mentioned she wasn't informed that the shuttle or Uber service would be a one-time offer. Second, regarding the diagnostic fee, I didn't actually send a reply acknowledging the charge, though it seems there was an impression that I had. Also, $189.95 for an Active Air Flap System diagnostic feels quite high; it might make customers hesitate to choose a service center."

Big bummer
Car service was great, but I was waiting for my car, and expecting to have a coffee while waiting. The coffee machine was out of order, and the faucet promising cold, filtered water was also not working.
Like always Louie and team did an excellent job and were helpful and professional.
I would have appreciated a phone call saying my vehicle was done vs. just a text. I also think there should be a pick up and drop service to pick up a vehicle .
