First of all this survey and my invoice say Enrique helped me, he DID NOT, he was not there. Waited 5 hours for 1 replacement door handle and a oil consumption test (oil drain and read), was under the impression it would only be a few hours, no one communicated with me “we are really busy, perhaps you would like to wait at home?” There were numerous miscommunications between the service department and front desk to customer. When it was finally over, the notes on the slip said for me to drive 1,000 miles and come back, which I had just done! I explained this, annd fortunately a different young lady stepped in had to call the service area and clarify where I was in The process of oil consumption test, which is post chemical dip and 2nd round of 1,000 miles. So changed his notes to say .3L test passed. Then I drove off and while my driver side window was not working, it stayed up, the mechanic did not fasten the window clips, it actually fell all the way down in my door. Fortunately I was still close, frustrating end to a frustrating day. I told the service manager I was not real confident in the oil consumption test results given the series of events that day, he suggested I bring it back in another 1,000, which I guess I will do. My last few experiences had been very positive, this was not. Better communication would be appreciated especially if you know a customer is waiting on site.

Candice was one of (if not the) best service representative I’ve ever worked with. She was excellent and so was the entire service team. Had such a great experience, above and beyond any other local Hyundai service centers.

It's difficult to get ahold of people like Enrique when you have questions about anything. You press option 2 for service department and the call goes nowhere. Then the rep tells you he will call you and doesn't call me. Enrique is the first individual I have had problems with not calling me back when he told me he would. Service from techs are great. Did good job on new gaskets on motor. Just your labor charge for transmission was too high. Went with lower cost mechanic. Teach Enrique to call people back when promised and your service department will be okay.Due to the transmission problem with Kona at 108,000 miles, I probably will not buy another Hyundai.

Estimated wait time I was given was 2-2.5 hours, instead I had to wait 4 hours. Upon checkout I had to ask for all paperwork to justify the charges. Did not receive the complimentary car wash token, I also had to remind them upon receipt. Trash was left in my car. When I tried to depart dealership was boxed in all sides - had to ask for them to move cars.

I ask for Candice everytime I need service or have a wuestion, she is professional and super mind . I give the entire service department a big 10+ I applaud the service manager for hiring such amazing young people who go above and beyond to help out your custoners ???? On Tuesday I went in to get my car serviced, Candice was on her lunch and Louie jumped in to cover for her and I didnt have to wait at all awesome teamwork, thank you Louie . Also the young men who were cheering out the customers helped me quickly I didnt wait at all again, just amazing teamwork and all the service department should be commended.
