Gary was very informative throughout the process and determined that my repairs were completed. Shoutout to the porter who brought my car over at pickup and reported it was riding rough after what was assumed repairs were completed. Gary quickly got me into another loaner and had additional warranty work completed. Thanks to the team, everyone was friendly and helpful.

I have unfortunately experienced multiple issues with this vehicle since purchasing it from your dealership approximately 5½ months ago. Within a few weeks of purchase, the vehicle required a full engine replacement due to piston failure. More recently, I returned to the dealership for a brake issue involving squeaking. Last week, the front brake pads were replaced and the front rotors were resurfaced. Shortly after that service, I began experiencing significant shaking when braking at freeway speeds. Because this is clearly a safety concern, I returned to the dealership again this week. The symptoms began immediately after the brake service, which suggests the issue may be related to the work performed. When I arrived, I was initially told that no technician was available to diagnose the brakes and that I would need to either return on Monday or leave the vehicle for the weekend without a replacement vehicle. As someone who works on weekends, this would have created a significant inconvenience. After expressing my concerns about the safety aspect of driving the vehicle in this condition, the team said they would try to locate someone to look at the car the same day. I do appreciate that the team ultimately agreed to inspect the vehicle today. However, I remain very disappointed with my overall experience so far. Since purchasing this car, I have had to return to the dealership multiple times for major issues, including an engine replacement and now a brake problem that appeared immediately after service. When I purchased this vehicle, I trusted that I was buying a reliable car from your dealership. Unfortunately, the number of issues in such a short period of time has been frustrating and has caused my confidence in the vehicle and the dealership to waver. I hope this matter can now be resolved properly and that moving forward the vehicle will perform as expected. Fabienne

First, wrong diagnostics have been done. That wasn't what we discussed. Secondly, the advisor never updated as I asked again, and she responded. I always had to call and/text her first updates. Thirdly, the car hardly moved and mentioned the they could not duplicate my concerns. Fourth, I keep hearing it was busy to diagnose nor could not informed me. Am I not important at all just as other customers?
