Everyone was friendly from the employee that greeted me on arrival to receiving my car back.
Yes, it was quick but when it came for my estimate, I had a fee and I have the extended warranty that I had purchased when I bought my car in 2022 and I was told it had expired. When I got my estimate paperwork it showed that it did not expire until 2028. I told the cashier and showed him and he showed the technician and told me that the tech said that he was looking at the previous customers VIN #? I don’t know but I was not charged. The technicians need to pay more attention and who knows what they charged in the past. Why purchase it if they don’t pay attention and they charge or overcharge?!?
Louie was nice enough during my visit, but overall my experience was frustrating. There was a delay at check-in because his work iPad wasn’t functioning properly, and he asked me if I had an appointment—even though someone had just confirmed that I was on his list.
I was then told I needed a brake fluid exchange for $189 and that, along with my oil change, the total service would take about three hours. After speaking with my husband, I declined the brake fluid exchange because I genuinely felt like I was being upcharged—especially as a woman, it didn’t sit right with me.
Interestingly, my car was actually completed in about an hour and a half, not three hours as initially stated. I also was never notified that my car was ready. I had to return to the counter myself to ask about the status.
Overall, the service felt inconsistent. It seemed like they may pick and choose who receives exceptional service, which is disappointing as a paying customer. I hope they work on communication, transparency, and providing the same level of service to everyone.
The price of the work was higher than expected. And the two tire caps are gone.
As always, the staff were all good and did an excellent job.

It was a terrible service. Had to wait over 2 hours for rental car and 2 hours to pick up the car when it was a finish.

Candice and the entire service team is excellent. They repaired my car the same day, installed the cabin filter for free and charged my car. If that isn’t service, l don’t know what is. The best service I have received by any dealership that I have ever dealt with. Kudos to your entire staff
Today purchased all weather mats for my Genesis but when I got home and started installing them the mat for the passenger front floor was the wrong mat . Did not match with the line up h
ooks or the side panel. Looks like it's for a different car. Bringing them back Sat.
Justin and Candice took care of my issues and were very speedy in doing so.
Something felt off when I brought my car in. The usual professionalism and attention to detail that I have come to enjoy from Norm Reeves wasn’t there at all. Maybe it was the rain that day, maybe it was that the usual members of the team that I’m used to seeing weren’t there to keep up the spirits. I don’t know.
Candice was absolutely great. She was very attentive and make you feel valuable.
