His demeanor was very unapproachable. His done was condescending in person and on the phone.
Mr. Ramos was extremely professional and courteous and provided excellent customer service. I was irritated that it would take over 2 hours to look at my tires, however, Mr. Ramos was very accommodating and told me he would try to expedite the service. Great job in having Uber drive customers home. This was a great incentive. Thanks again for great customer service.
Hello there. The only one thing is not right for me is you guys never add antifreeze to my vehicle never add or check brake fluid , power steering fluid .
I took my car in due a "need service" notice my car indicated within 30 days, which was a month before I needed the oil change per the sticker on my windshield. I ignored this warning before, and my car refused to start after the time expired on it, so I have made sure to take it in. I got the same notice on Saturday, and called to get an answer why. No one called me back. I had some time, so I drove by and they said it needed to be reset. Well I did another errand, only to have the same warning show up after restarting my car to go home. I called and left yet another message, and still no response. I am taking my car back on 9/3, and requesting a loaner car, as I need to work. This is a continuation of service my car needed done, and I need it resolved.
I took 2021 Elantra for 40K Service and malfunctioning rear view camera. Service and camera work was completed but Apple Car play is not working. It was working fine before the rear view camera repair. I have to take Tuesday Morning off from work get it repair. I have no issue with Candice, I would give her 5 stars but broken Apple Car Play is preventing otherwise great service I received from her.

I never got an update on my vehicle. I texted my service provider and never got a response. My wife texted in the link that you were sent when the car was dropped off. I called multiple times on Saturday, text multiple times. I had to refuse to be transferred to my service provider who was actually off, before I could talk to a person. I talked to Gary who was helpful. I found out that I part had to be ordered and it would take a week. I asked for another service provider when I went to pick up my car. Gary was helpful. I will wait to see when my parts come in if I get a phone call.
Enrique Almazan did a great job. He welcomed me at the Service Center and informed me what would be done to my vehicle and how long it would take. He was courteous and helpful. He got me on my way earlier than expected. Enrique did a great job, as usual.

I scheduled an appointment specifically saying that there was an object in my front left tire…upon arriving I reminded the Hyundai representative of the problem and it was an easy spot visually…left my car for two hours and got a text saying all is well and nothing was detected…I was skeptical so I asked the representative to contact the servicing team to make sure that all was well…they said it was checked and upon checking it myself there was a silver half dollar sized nail and washer in my tire…I took a photo and it super apparent that the service team was negligent and I had to take it to a outside party tire shop instead of the dealership for my vehicle because I was told that if Hyundai service were to remove the object and it couldn’t be patched I would have to purchase a new tire…also that I would have to wait two days for a new tire because none were on hand…this delay caused me to have reschedule one of my clients and has made me distrust the dealerships servicing team….if they couldn’t spot an object in a very visual area of a tire…then I’m not too sure on their capability of tougher problems that could arise down the road

This was the first time bringing my car in to the dealership for maintenance. Mo made me feel welcome and explained everything to me before and after the service was performed.
Moe was extremely helpful! He answered any questions I had and answered any calls in a timely manner. He made this circumstance not as bad as I expected it to be
