I brought car in due to recall notice. I also told the advisor the maintenance due alert was on. He told me I am not due for maintenance & the tech would reset the alet. I still receive a maintenance due alwrt, so the tech did an incomplete job & the advisor did not ensure the texh xompleted the job

I felt that he was knowledgeable, super nice and a great problem solver. He was friendly, efficient and offered an idea that I never would have thought of. I taught college and grad school and it’s easy to spot the standout students, haha. Juan Gallegos is an asset to the service dept, and dealer service depts aren’t always staffed with people who know what they’re doing and also take pride in their customer service. A+

Following questions regarding my engines reliability and preventative maintenance questions as well as concerns about my aging vehicle, and with request to change the battery in my key fob- I received text confirmation only for the key fob, which wasn’t **** changed hahaha

We purchased the extended warranty when we bought our Palisade. I brought it in for an oil change. I was told that it was also time for a tire rotation. I mentioned I needed no air filter because I had installed a permanent K&N air filter. When I got the car back from service the invoice indicated I needed an air filter. It was also noted that the tires were all checked and set to 36 psi. When I left your dealership I checked the air pressure using the onboard computer, it indicated the air pressure was 38 in two tires 37 & 39 in the other two tires. Unfortunately it makes me question whether the tire rotation was done, and certainly the tires were never checked and 36psi was not done. Now that the warranty will expire next month I may take my car elsewhere for service!
