My experience with Gary was awesome. He was kind, compassionate and informative. I appreciate the loaner car too! It’s my Hyundai vehicle I have a problem with. I don’t understand why the engine went out. Why there was so many recalls. And I fear if I bought another car. I would be scared of the same problem. I understand the engine is life time, correct?

Louis was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and he followed up. The thing I'm not happy about is all of a sudden my air conditioning/heater doesn't tell me the temperature. It used to say 62 and each time you turn the dial it went up to. I don't know 70 something. But now it just says off. The air conditioning still works but I'm wondering what happened to make the temperature disappear.

I brought my car in pretty late on a Saturday because my driver's door window has stopped working. Moe did all he could at the time and said he would be available early Monday. He was ready to help before opening on Monday, which helped me get to work on time with the Lyft he called for me. He also checked with my CarMax/CNA warranty and found out it covered my issues and got me a loaner car the next day when it became apparent that it they'd have to wait for parts. He was friendly and accessible throughout the whole process. Thank you!
