I understand there were a shortage of staff and a problem in the garage. However, my can was parked outside for 2 hours without service and I was inside waiting and nobody informed me about these things until I asked and checked on the car status. This was totally unacceptable to me. If there were issues, I would appreciate to know about them. Maybe I can come at a different day. I hope the above situation will not reflect on MO’s ability but the dealership. I had a good experience there before.
Took over thirty minutes to get my vehicle. A staff member ask if that was my car sitting out front after 30 minutes I said no or else I would have gotten into my car that would recognize. Apparently the car was at a second lot and it took over thirty minutes to locate after everything was said and done.
Gary was great, he was very responsive and answered all of my questions to the best of his abilities. Unrelated to Gary specifically, the service center could not provide me with a loaner vehicle for over 2 weeks. The loaner I finally received broke down on me a week later. Also, when I got my own car back the A/C was blowing hot air which was not an issue prior to dropping off my vehicle. However, the service center denied ever touching my A/C during the entire engine replacement and therefore would not consider it a related issue.
Candice was super nice and made sure I knew how my vehicle was taken care of. The service was quick and no hassle. 10/10

I’m not sure who Enrique is, if he’s the mechanic, great job! My service advisor is Moe, and he’s the best!! Always remembers me and the car, knows what we previously did, and what needs to be done. Friendly, efficient, and follows through. A great asset to the dealership.
All good except the cost of repairs makes it difficult to complete.
She was in constant communication with me. My vehicle was done before the expected time. The loaner was a nice experience. Candice was very responsive. Thank for your service. You made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
