You gotta be crazy. U r not set up to operate smoothly nor efficiently. Ushould have the ability for cameras working with your computers to determine whose car has just driven up, what appointment or coverage they have, and what they have asked for in the past. U are not intimidating me by having ur staff sit on their butts for an indeterminate amount of time before they come out with a good understanding of why I am there. Ur service is inspiring me to sell my car quickly and move on to a class of car whose brand is better structured to address my needs.
