Took the vehicle in to investigate why the battery keeps shutting down locking you out of the vehicle. We left the vehicle for a couple days. On the Friday we had plans to pickup the vehicle because we needed the vehicle for commitments that weekend. Just before 5pm I received a text message asking if we were going to pickup the vehicle or leave it over the weekend. I texted back that we would pick it up, we never heard back from anyone. Trying to call back was useless because all my calls kept going to voice mail, stating I would get a text message, which never came. On Monday we had not heard back from anyone and I placed a call around noon time, and once again every call went to voice mail, stating I would receive a text that never came. I finally called the appointment desk asking to speak to Enrique. The clerk started to transfer me and I asked to please stay on until Enrique answered. When Enrique answered he was clueless as to the eventd that had occurred. I informed Enrique I was not a happy camper being left in the dark and not getting a response from anyone. When we arrived to pickup the vehicle, Enrique tried to explain what happened. He stated the calls were assigned to another person and he never received the messages. I told Enrique that he went home failing to follow up on his service commitment. He had egg on his face. The bottom line is the service department did not find any issues with the vehicle but did remove a device used for tracking vehicles on the lot, which I do not understand the why's. I informed Enrique that we are leaving on a trip for a month and the vehicle will be parked in the garage until we return. If we return once again to being locked out of our vehicle and battery shut off, I will be contacting him.
Service completed quickly while I waited with all items addressed per the service write-up.
