Candace did fine and I had no issues with her. My issue was that I had an appointment, and I told the appointment reservationist on the phone and Candace that I would be waiting. However it took over two hours before I was driving home. Just seems like it should be closer to an hour or less.

Mo was very helpful and friendly. He guided me thru the process and informed me of expected procedures. needed when the oil is not changed regularly. I appreciated him telling me and he explained things calmly. Very pleased with service.
