Moe was the BEST he immediately had an idea what the problem was when I told him the code, he explained to me about the recall which Garden Grove Honda did not do I will never go there again, he explained to me what the warranty would cover if that was the problem and put my mind at ease, he was a very pleasant person, old school lol I would definitely come back to Norm Reeves Honda because of him

For my service, I was told i was getting a re-manufactured engine, but while I'm grateful the service was under warranty, my car still has the same rumble-causing dip in RPM's. This makes me ask what was replaced exactly...?
