I was very upset how you couldn’t provide me a loaner car. I was not anble to go work. Lost wages from my job during these hard times. Especially when I was at the dealership less than 6months ago.

Juan did the good job assisting with me. But the tech who work on my definitely needs to pay attention more or know his stuff. Putting a wrong oil on my engine is not a rookie mistake, im devastated on how you guys work on it. I think you guys need to double check my engine since you put the wrong oil and give extra warranty on the engine.

He managed to have the service driver get me back to your facility to be able to wait until the work was completed. The service cashed also took his time to inform me of all that was done to my car.
