Tow drop off. I was contacted the next day to give me an update when they will be able to diagnose the vehicle. 2 days later I got a call with the diagnoses and update of part that needs to be ordered and got my car back in a reasonable time frame and under warranty.

One would think that since an extended coverage policy was purchased from the dealership at the same time the car was that this dealership would be able to find it easily and avoid issues with coverage.

Louie was great and very helpful. He explained things very clearly in automotive terms I could understand. It was a pleasure working with him. However, I was shocked at the cost, including installation,of two lift gate struts, but that had absolutely nothing to do with Louie Ramos.

While I do appreciate the fact that the job that was covered under warranty was completed in a timely manner. When I picked up my vehicle The vent blower motor is quite loud, which it was not before I brought my car in for repair.
I don't have nothing else. If it does not quiet down or fix itself by the time I bring the car in for the oil change next month, I will address it at that time on the repair order.
