Nichols and a new employee who was being trained under Nick were professional and personable. They were the primary reason for such an excellent experience. Nick remembered my name, even an hour after his introduction. Not only that but the fact that I was traveling soon when he wished me safe travels more than an hour later. This was my first visit to this dealership...having gotten my previous service in New York and Missouri. This was the most satisfying. Of course I’ll return.

Adrian tells his customers upfront what is wrong with the vehicle and proximity how long it will take to get the job done. If customers don’t have a way to get home while vehicle is being worked on, he goes out of his way to get that customer home. I can not find another advisor who cares about their customers.
