Everything was fine. But I had an appointment at 1015 and was there early and it still took 1 hour and a half for an oil change. What is the purpose of having an appointment and it's taking this long for the service.
Every time my tundra has been with you for service there has been an issue , today they found wire harness broken ... which the last time it was there for a service inspection they didn’t find this problem . For which they are asking 5,000 for job which is totally insane ..as the last time they did not go over the list of things they as well .. I asked for oil change and to replace brake pads n Roters ( not resurfaced ) as I said it is very discerning every time my truck has been with your service dept for maintenance there has been an issue .. I will not be back for my next vechicle purchase ..your service riders are rude men /women and do not know how to act with customers in their presence .customer service at your service dept is bad and will let everyone I know ...

Time & date on dashboard not set on current time. They always mess up time & date every time I bring it in for service.

Jesus always goes above and beyond, I am grateful to have an awesome Service Advisor like him each time. I was disappointed in the fact they left my door cracked during wash and got the entire all wet,but the guy tried his best to fix the issue, which I am grateful.
