I was quoted one price verbally but when I brought in the vehicle it increased by $300 without any written documents to support the increase. The work also took over 8 hours to complete. As as long term customer I am not only appalled with this experience I plan to tell all my contacts of my experience. As I permanent desert resident and a long time supporter of Toyota I think you should know my experience and the affect it had on me today. I thank you for the opportunity to let you know of your deficiencies in the service department that are now new to me

Art was great. Car now runs well. Did not like your car rental co as they promised us a car but then did not deliver. We had to use Enterprise instead. Adrian, your courtesy car guy drove us around until we finally found a car. He needs a promotion to CEO.
