A lot of the associates I encountered didn't seem to communicate with each other. Each time I was on the phone with an associate, they didn't seem to have any record of my previous conversations. I got 2 calls from associates regarding an appointment that I did not make, and they did not recall that I was merely waiting for a part to come in. I finally get a chance to bring my car in for service, and 3 hrs in I get a call that my main key was lost and a spare key was needed to complete the service. I had to make multiple trips to the dealership, something difficult to do with my schedule, and encountered either rude, unhelpful or clueless staff members. I didn't even receive an apology until 2 days later, from a staff member who wasn't involved in the situation. I have never encountered anything quite like this and I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I was completely satisfied with my service & for Arturo ****helping me out. However, the four hour wait was not the move. And they didn’t even provide any popcorn or coffee. On the plus side the four hours did give me the chance to finish my book. So overall, it was a good service, could’ve been better with some coffee or popcorn

Atlanta is excellent. After my first visit she told me I could text her directly any time I needed service. Having that personalized attention is amazing. I actually feel like I matter to a dealer. That’s a first for me. As long as Atlanta is there, I’ll keep coming back.
