I was encountered by a salesman who wore his mask below his nose. Another salesman was walking and on his cellphone without a mask. This is unacceptable!

My appoinotment was at 11:30 and i got there at 11 and it took over 5 hours to be ready and you guys told me it was going to be ready within 3 hours.
Paola was really helpful, she stayed to complete the paperwork and give me the serviced car even after her shift ended.

Art is great2 he’s not the issue. The headliner is all stained and I have to waste my time to go back and have them fix it. I’m annoyed that I have to skip work to go have them fix their errors

Adrian was very polite and professional the moment I arrived. He was very understanding even though I was 20 minutes late to my appointment. Job was done fast and I couldn’t believe it. They usually take an hour and a half but today my Corolla was out in approximately 40 min. Than you Adrian.
