The only problem is that it took 2 hrs to get an oil change. If I go to Jiffy Lube in and out in about 30 minutes. You need to do better in terms of time.

Jesus Moran is fantastic. My mom, brother, and I all trust him with our vehicles. I did not at all care for the latest “tool” or software that texts customers with updates on their appointment. Having a customer say yes or no to service items without ANY additional information is sloppy. It is not in the spirit of “Kaizen” that Toyota is known for, because it does not provide context or any degree of data which would let a customer know whether something is dire, or whether it can wait until their next service appointment. I ignored the text update which asked me how I wanted to proceed and called Jesus Moran instead; he broke it all down for me and gave me information and complete knowledge I could act on. Automation is great, but automation at the expense of information is not ideal, and not very Toyota-like. Thank you x 1,000 to Jesus Moran!

I'm not completely satisfied, when I arrived to pick up my 2015 Tunda. The front right custom rim was scraped & damaged, I immediately advised Jose Galarza who had helped me that Saturday 4/3/2021. Jose immediately apologized & said he would speak to the manager on Moday & make it right, I look forward to getting this resolved as soon as possible.
