Arturo always goes above & beyond for loyal customers. Absolute best customer service representative (as well as Paola Arredondo) I’ve ever had the pleasure or meeting. After numerous consistent bad experiences at my local Toyota dealership, I decided to drive further out & give the I-10 Service department a shot. I couldn’t be more appreciative of what I found here. Mr. Steve Hill deserves a lot of credit for hiring people like Art & Paola who have stuck with me through thick & thin & while they’ve always maintained a professional relationship with me, their mere persistent support has been like a GODSENT. Nick was kind and extremely helpful. Couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience and how quickly he was able to resolve the issue with my air conditioning.
I know it's not Ricky's fault but would you make an appointment that is scheduled for 25 minutes it shouldn't take 2 hours.

It’s really too bad because Ricky was pleasant but having an appointment at 9am and not getting my car till almost noon was very disappointing to say the least. It was an oil change. I know there’ll be an excuse/explanation but bottom line is
